  3. Receiving Rewards

  4. Returning Rewards

Faulty Rewards are free to return but please obtain proof of posting. We will send you a replacement Reward within 30 days of the faulty Reward being received by Us, subject to stock availability.     2. Faulty Rewards must be notified to Us within 21 days of receipt of the Reward by You. We will not replace Rewards where faults arise from normal wear and tear or accidental damage. We are unable to exchange Rewards for any other reason other than the Reward being faulty.
